ABOUT ME

I am a fully accredited BACP counsellor and senior psychotherapist having completed a UKCP course in advanced psychotherapy which runs as part of a PhD programme.

As a counsellor I have worked in various settings including; running a counselling project for a primary school, managing a counselling service in a HE setting and I am the Clinical Lead (Therapy Services) for MIND across multiple boroughs in London.

I have also been fortunate enough to have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including investment bankers, LGBT community, actors, those from various faiths and backgrounds and asylum seekers.

COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY

Many individuals tend to see me when they feel stuck or are facing certain challenges in their lives. More often than not, people come with a specific goal or when they are in crisis.

I work with people on a wide array of issues including; trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family building, identify formation, grief, and loss.

ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTANCY

Before training to become a psychotherapist I spent 10 years working with partners and senior directors for various FMCG and professional services organisations.

My mission is to collaborate and educate companies on how to best support their employees with their mental health needs. There is a panoply of ways in which I can help companies to respond to these complex issues.
