COVID-19. At present (April 2020), I am only offering sessions via Zoom or telephone.
Many individuals tend to see me when they feel stuck or are facing certain challenges in their lives. More often than not, people come with a specific goal or when they are in crisis.
However, therapy can be helpful at any point of our lives. It is a safe space to explore parts of ourselves that may have been neglected or forgotten.
I work with my clients, to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves, how they seem themselves and how they relate to others.
What I have seen time and time again, is that gaining a new understanding of what is going on, an individual is able to make different choices for themselves, leading to a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I work with people on a wide array of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family building, identify formation, grief, and loss.
What to expect in the first session
I view the first session as initial appointment where you can share your concerns and also experience what therapy might be like. At the end of the session, we can together decide if I would be the best person to support you with your issue(s).
I also accept Health Insurances: AXA, healix, Vitality Health, AVIVA referrals.
£60 for a 50 minutes session
